Oast Farm
(Near Buxted)
The club negotiated the rights to this water during November 2017 with it having previously been a day ticket water for many years. Some members will already know of it as a prolific Carp water and in particular our Junior match members who fished it in both 2016 and 2017 with match winning weights of 189lb and 150lb respectively!
There is a farm shop, cafe and toilets here (please note the toilets are only available during business hours), and the owners politely request that anglers park alongside the lane and not in the shop/cafe car park when they are open.
The gate may be closed outside of the shop/cafe opening hours so please leave the gate as you find it when you arrive and leave.

The lake is approximately half an acre with depths to 6ft.
Day tickets are available for this water from our normal outlets and the farm shop.
This water is open all year.
